These terms apply to your use of our website, chat-dot.com, including the “Get notified” launch list. DOT is published by COMNET INTERNATIONAL (L.L.C) (“DOT”, “we”, “us”), which runs the website. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

The DOT apps for iOS, Android and the web are not yet available. Before they launch we will publish separate terms of service covering accounts, business verification, messaging and teams, and you will be asked to accept them when you sign up.

The website describes DOT as we are building it. Features, screenshots, availability and pricing are shown in good faith but may change before or after launch. Nothing on the website is an offer or a promise that a particular feature will be available, at a particular time or at a particular price. Where we say DOT is free, we will tell existing users well in advance if any feature becomes part of a paid plan.

When you join the launch list, you confirm that the email address is yours or that you are allowed to use it. We will email you when DOT launches and, occasionally, with important updates about the launch.

Joining the list doesn’t reserve a business name, guarantee early access or create an account. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing info@chat-dot.com. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your email.

You agree not to:

• submit someone else’s email address without their permission, or sign up in bulk;
• use bots, scrapers or automated tools to submit forms or copy the website;
• try to break, overload or get around the website’s security or rate limits;
• use the website for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful;
• pretend to be DOT, or suggest you are connected with us when you are not.

We may block access to the website for anyone who breaks these rules.

The DOT name, logo, design, text, screenshots and other content on the website belong to DOT or the people who license them to us. You may view and share pages for personal or evaluation purposes, and link to the website. Please don’t copy, modify or reuse our content or brand for anything else without our written permission.

We love hearing ideas about DOT. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree that we may use them to improve DOT without owing you anything for them.

The website may link to other sites, such as app stores. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and policies apply when you visit them.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be online, free of errors or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, DOT is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, that arises from your use of, or inability to use, the website.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms, in particular before the DOT apps launch. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you keep using the website after a change, the updated terms apply.
